Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged upon delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
A 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
The video must clearly show:
Requests without proper video proof will not be eligible for a refund or return.
Refund Request Process
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email your order details and the 360° unboxing video to:

After verification, we will confirm your refund or replacement request.
Refund Method & Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You may also choose a replacement product instead of a refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
Products without a valid unboxing video proof
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
