Refund policy

At Relaxora, we strive to deliver the highest quality Ayurvedic wellness products. If you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement under the conditions below.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • A 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The process of opening the package

    • The damaged product inside

  • Requests without proper video proof will not be eligible for a refund or return.


Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email your order details and the 360° unboxing video to:
    📧 support@relaxora.com (replace with your real email)

  3. After verification, we will confirm your refund or replacement request.


Refund Method & Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You may also choose a replacement product instead of a refund.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products without a valid unboxing video proof

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
