Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing may take 1–3 additional business days. Any major delays will be communicated via email or WhatsApp where possible.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery (Pan-India)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery time depends on location, courier serviceability, and local logistics conditions.

Expedited Delivery (Where Available)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Availability depends on pincode and courier coverage.

International Shipping

  • Currently, international shipping is not regularly available.

  • If enabled in the future, delivery times will be longer, and customs duties/taxes will be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and delivery speed.

  • Free shipping offers or promotional shipping rates will be clearly shown on the website.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified courier damage or fulfillment errors, as per our Return & Refund Policy.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately with different tracking numbers.


Pincode Serviceability & Delivery Attempts

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier serviceability for your pincode.

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking an order as undeliverable.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, non-response, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping can be arranged after address confirmation. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Address Changes & Order Edits

  • Address changes are possible before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, rerouting is not guaranteed and may incur extra courier charges.

  • Contact support immediately with your order number for any changes.


Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • Report damage, leakage, tampering, or missing items within 48 hours with:

    • Photos/videos of the package

    • Inner packaging

    • Product label

  • Keep all packaging materials for investigation and resolution.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or the courier marks the shipment as lost, we will assist with a replacement or refund after verification.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, regional disruptions, or courier issues.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes where courier service is unavailable.

  • Some remote locations may require additional transit time or fees.

  • Restricted or hazardous items will not be shipped.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on pincode and order value.

  • Repeated failed COD deliveries or refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (For Future International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.


Service Interruptions & Force Majeure

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Relaxora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or events beyond our control.
